  20. You might check out the graphics package in the Programmer's
  21. Reusable Library, called PRL-GRAPHICS.  It is currently written
  22. in Fortran but may be callable from C depending on your compiler(s).
  23. It is supported on a variety of UNIX and VMS systems, and if you use
  24. or have access to a Linux system, you can download it and use it
  25. for free.  Even if you do not have Linux, you may doenload the
  26. Linux user manual (which is the same on all systems) and read
  27. about it in detail.
